usually I would not be expecting any sort of away win but you just know its going to happen now.
It may be a BIG IF, but this is Altrincham FC we are talking about.

FORWARD PLANNING
If the FA Trophy Round 1 replay (replay) at Tamworth does not go ahead on Saturday 13th, it will be played on Tuesday 16th. If it is not played then it will be played on Thursday 18th. If Alty beat Tamworth on Saturday 13th they will play Welling United in the second round on Tuesday 16th. If the match with Welling ends in a draw, it will be replayed on Tuesday 23rd, causing the postponement of the Conference match away at Northwich Victoria scheduled for that day.
If Alty do not get to play Tamworth until Tuesday, 16th or Thursday, 18th January, but win on one of those dates, they will play their second round game against Welling on Tuesday, 23rd January 2006. Round Three is on 3rd February. So, in summary:
Sat. 13th: Tamworth v Altrincham (FAT 1 replay of abandoned replay)
Tue. 16th: EITHER Tamworth v Altrincham (if not played on 13th), OR Altrincham v Welling Utd (if Alty have beat Tamworth on 13th) OR a blank date (if we lose to Tamworth on 13th)
Thu. 18th: Tamworth v Altrincham (if not played on 13th or 16th)
Tue. 23rd: EITHER Altrincham v Welling Utd (if Alty have beaten Tamworth on 16th or 18th), OR Welling Utd. v Altrincham (if Alty v Welling was a draw on 16th), OR Northwich Victoria v Altrincham (if Alty eliminated from Trophy on any of the above dates).

I tell you what, that would be quite funny, instead of a Vics all dayer we find ourselves as far away in the country as you can legally go without a passport in midweek.
We've got about 100 people who've booked of a half day, and loads would probably be unable to switc andin the end go to Welling, I would, wouldn't be able to go to Welling otherwise though in midweek.
We'll turn up at Park View Lane with (accounting for those that go anyway and all southern based Robins) about 150 fans for a Trophy (which has lost a bit of stature) game in midweek at the other end of the country.
Imagine all the Wellings fans faces!! Like, eh?? What's this? :o :P

If the match against Tamworth goes ahead and we win, and we then draw against Welling we would be playing the replay away to Welling on the 23rd.

Just so you know what your doing to me, might i remind you that i'm moving to France long-term on the 30th Jan. Vics would be my swan-song!
