Will do a job in that league
I always thought the National league was one step too high for him

Having said that, he was a great player for us and I wish him well.

I think inconsistency caught up with him at this level, or perhaps our reliance on a small core to always be on it.

Yes. As inferred Hanks, on his day, was good enough for this league but it is an unforgiving division and players need to be on top form every game.
I suspect this is one of the ways full time will improve us.

Great addition for Curzon; they should be a threat this season.

We will probrably draw them, in either the FA Cup or Trophy then.

No no. Isn't that York's job still?

This is it, after a magnificent few years there was no doubt Hanks was transitioning into more of a bit part/sub in the second half of last season. A good move for all parties.

It must be just me  :-\ Josh was in the same mould as Ricky Harris, Nicky Daws etc & I believe would have played at a higher level if not for work commitments. Playing him at centre-forward was never going to work.

End of rant, when Alty are not playing Curzon might be the place. Good luck Josh & We'll see you next season (in the National League).

I think it was simply a case of the further up the tree you go the better are the defenders are at closing you down.

i loved it when JJ was running down the wing but again the higher you go the better equipped are the players to commit the cynical foul.

Hancock’s best football came in that partnership with Hulme. Considering he spent the majority of his two seasons in the National League playing at #10 behind a donkey or at #9 himself, I think he did really well. He leaves having cemented himself in my favourites XI anyway, fantastic player for us and never let us down.

Folks in Bangor on Dee must be quite refined. I couldn’t spot a rant.😂😂😂
