Subs  sutton, Williams,  Kosylo,  Ceesay, Bell

Can't really complain if that's the team selected. Would love to see some of the subs get good time on the pitch should things not be working though.

Agree with starting XI as Hardy deserves start (with Kosylo on bench)... agree with virtually all subs, though may have gone with Ogle instead of Sutton on bench but close call & other 4 subs defo agree with... looking forward to game...

Predict: Maidstone 1-2 ALTY (Hardy & Piggott)... COYR!

One all draw. Decent performances from both teams but the game lacks bite and intensity.

That would be a good team selection. Plus the subs give us cover for all areas of the team.
As has been said elsewhere, would like to see Bell given more game time by being brought on earlier (unless things are going swimmingly!)

Hopefully the team will start to settle down a bit again - will be good to see Connor back.

Not too fussed with either Kosylo or Hardy, but I'd like it if Hardy is given the nod.

Not sure about Bell.

Clearly a decent player and you could see that under Young but very lazy and for me he has looked sluggish again.

As PP said in his IV Piggott will come good and I am confident next season he will be a top striker for us. More minutes the better.

It'd probably be fairer to give Bell a few more minutes on the pitch before we start calling him lazy! He is clearly a striker who can actually score some goals at the level we are playing at.

I think Joe needs a goal pretty soon to bolster his confidence. We all saw how that miss at Barnet impacted on Byron Harrison's confidence.

Joe does need a goal, he's missed a few good opportunities himself!!

The penalty would have been a good starting point...

I think that both Piggott and Bell are very credible possible options up front for the longer term but they both need game time to develop for us and start hitting the back of the net.
I'm not sure what the best way of accomplishing this is (but I obviously trust PP and co to know much better than me). It seems to me that giving both as much (or equal) time on the pitch would be one way.

Actually called him lazy the first time we had him, which he was.

Called him sluggish this time which he has looked sluggish.

I believe Piggott has a lot more confidence then Harrison, goal or not.

You can't score if you haven't got the ball and I don't think Bell or Piggott have seen a lot of it yet.

It's lonely out front especially when the team have got used to playing without a striker who will stick it away, given the chance.

Hope it's going to be worth the wait! 😊👍
As always with away games, settle for one point but hoping for three! (don't care how jammy. In fact the jammier the better actually 😂)

Come on you Supers gizza win so I can spend £1.50 on the NLP tomorrow! (only buy it when we win 😏)

Best team on the night and good for the win.
We didn’t create that much but the goal we got whilst fortunate was deserved, and any goal reaching back of opposing teams net is great.
Hardy was super for 75 mins, and to be fair they all put a shift in.
Well done Alty.

Well done to all on a well deserved 3 points. Great to see us win on the TV and the Maidenhead manager was refreshingly honest in his assessment - Alty deserved the win & Maidenhead were poor. Very odd goal to win it but we could have a had a couple of others, especially the 2 versus 1 late on. 2 clean sheets and back to back wins = great week  8)

Glad we won... thought 1st half we were the better team, but 2nd half thought Maidenhead came back into it and had a spell where they had chances and the ball was around our box for a while... overrall, thought we deserved the win as better team...

Bit of a 'jammy' goal but we take any goals we can get this season with striker issues we've had - as shown by Peers near end when we had two good opportunities we could have scored from... that said, we won and bagged 3pts... COYR!

I enjoyed the game. In parts, our passing and ball retention was quality.

Every single player put in a shift.

I appreciate he hasn't yet scored on his return but at last I see a decent number 9. Piggott's work rate was absolutely brilliant.

What a talent Hardy looks, just a shame he hasn't got a tad more pace because he would be some player.

Hopefully we keep hold of the quality and add 2 or 3 players next season. I can't wait to get back to Moss Lane to watch this team.

Over the piece I thought Tom and Toby handled Blisset very well.

Although PP said on interview we want footballers and those two are, I wouldn't think a lot would savour trying to bully them, or Josh tbh.

Now I know what two arms raised means by a corner taker. I’m going to play a crazy golf move and score direct whilst the defender is distracted auditioning for the Tiller Girls. (You have to be a certain vintage to know who the Tiller Girls are 🤣)

Only concern if the lack of goals we score considering our attacking options.

Yes-the main commentary with Adam Virgo (apart from mentioning the 3 Maidenhead lads on international duty about 1000 times) was pretty good & was fair to us. I don’t know if it’s Grant Holt’s Norfolk connections & he’s sour about the pumping we gave Kings Lynn in the week but he had very little of interest to say about us or indeed anything else. Absolutely terrible pundit who’d clearly not done any research.

I've got to say I've been really impressed with James Hardy.

Lovely footballer, fits in really well with our strengths weaving sets of passes in and around the opposition box.

Quite something to be keeping Kosylo out of the XI, something I didn't think I'd be saying this season.
