Imagine not knowing why because there was no RR. Like the 90’s all over again. Still can’t believe they did that.
I take it to y played well. How did the new lad do?

Seemed to fit in well, make some decent interceptions and neat passes. Looks promising especially as he's only arrived 2 days ago.
Was hard to see who was doing what at times though as, like the stream commentators said, it is too difficult to read Alty shirt numbers with the blue stripe down the back of the tops.

Oddly enough, I saw him play today, as I went to Ashton United v Clitheroe in the Trophy. He played in central defence for Ashton and was pretty solid in their rather fortunate 1-0 win.
Other ex-players involved were Liam Tomsett who came as on a sub for Ashton as did Craig Hobson for the visitors, who are managed by David Lynch, who was an unused substitute. Hobson got a yellow card three minutes after coming on, and was lucky not to get a second.
It was a lot better than watching a stream for which you couldn't register, or trying to listen to a radio who weren't allowed to broadcast.

Good to hear he's still playing! I looked him up the other day but couldn't find anything recent. He got called up for Burundi a little while ago but I don't think he actually played.
