Dover stream costs £8 via attached link... need to create account via menu at top right... once acc created click on webcast on options & buy Altrincham game button... then can purchase via credit card or paypal for £8... link is from Dover's own website...

It allows them to sort out issues I guess - or increase bandwidth for big games. But yes, highlights the quality of Alty TV.

To confirm, the 24 hours before KO deadline was from our previous provider. This no longer applies.
You will be able to purchase the stream right up to kick off. However, the provider does recommend purchasing in advance of KO to test connectivity

I have been trying all day to buy this. I registered and logged into the system via your website but the card details are being rejected. It asks for the number, expiry sec code and post code. When we enter details it comes up with error code 991. I have been liasing with Gill Neary on Facebook as I have reported it there too.
I have had no other problems with any other football club's sites, just yours. It is not just me, as you can see in the thread, others have too. as away fans we just want to watch the game, like your good-selves.
Gill told me to leave it until tomorrow and it should work then, but I don't feel confident and as you can see neither do our other fans in this thread.
It does not reflect very well on Dover Athletic, and our fans just want to watch the game, without silly purchasing problems.
Thanks for requesting a reply and offering help, anything you can do would be much appreciated. It will help your club raise much needed funds also. I have tried to contact Dvoer by phone but nobody has answered at all today, am or pm.

There was also an email address for any problems, presumably by your provider. I did send an email asking for help, but nobody has responded to it. There again, I did not expect anybody too. There is no helpline number either, just an unanswered email! Not good again.

I registered and bought a stream pass with no problems, took me two minutes. I used PayPal, don't know if that makes a difference.

Paul, that is the difference, I do not know how to use paypal, so I tried to use my debit-card. I do not have any credit-cards. To be honest that should not matter though. It should be able to accept a debit card TBF

Tried tonight and it has worked first time. Whatever the problem was it is now fixed.
All others having problems it should now be ok, try again.

The service 247 is used by La Liga to stream the top flight Spanish games and on the 2 streams they have done for Dover (Aldershot and Eastleigh) have worked very smoothly for all, as I gather.
Please do keep persisting if the issues continue and please definitely contact the above helpline email address.

Hi Dover Fan:
The issues were sorted out eventually yesterday but not sure why it was not working. I went on the site in the evening and it then worked first time. With Covid problems of course, like all of you and all other fans we cannot get to the ground to see our clubs. The one big advantage for all of us is that we can now see every game home and away, and it does make up for not being able to go to games though it is no replacement.
Thanks for trying to help us, I hope we all enjoy the game tomorrow whatever the result. Take care and thanks once again.

Same here, very quick process to register and pay using a debit card.
Let’s see what the stream is like tomorrow, I think any teething issues across the board will be gradually sorted as everyone gets used to the tech.
Minimum requirement for Dover is a point, 3 points would be lovely.

Just tried again, worked this time. Only difference was that when I enter the postcode I did not leave a space between the first and second part. Maybe it would have worked anyway, who knows ? So if anyone is have problems try that option.
