Chester commentator at the home eliminator for me. Everything a balanced commentator shouldn't be. Nigeing on about the penalty for the remainder of the game and contrasting sharply with Brian Flynn.

Can i nominate Chester fans in general, firstly for whining on about signing hulme and failing, then bragging about signing jj and winning promotion and failing, having a knobsock of a manager for trying to wind up alty fans on twitter with pictures of elbows and failing, complaining that they should have won in the playoffs and the ref was biased(he was sh*t for both teams) and failing and lastly for believing that they have a divine right for being a super massive club that they should be in the league and obviously failing. Its a shame some of them are actually pretty decent but i suppose we all have some wobbles as fans they just seem to have more than most.

No problem with partisan commentary.....it is what happens when you allow a supporter to commentate....our own high standards of non bias aside, from the TV vantage point, I would have been bitter about the red card and penno.
Knobsock award a difficult one this year, nobody stands out, so think I will have to go with the bookies who had Alty at 10 to 1 to win the play offs...

If, as the originator of the award, I rule that AFC ("You're not City any more") Chester are awarded a special "Bunch of Knobsocks" Trophy, and that the idiots "Bern and Jonno" are this year's "Pair of Knobsocks" (watch out Ant and Dec !) that just leaves the prestigious "Individual Knobsock" award to be decided.
For his gullibility in falling for the bollocks spouted by the doubles winners, I reluctantly have to nominate John Johnston (the artist formerly known as JJ).

I'll go with 'Jonno' out of the management duo - he seemed to be the one stoking the flames around the time they signed Johnston.

Are Johnson and Morley that bad? I mean, they’re a little bit pantomime villainy and Bernard was a bit of a sourpuss in the KG but they’re harmless enough? They’re not Steve Evans, Dave Pace pieces of work are they?

It's a bit of a pantomime award, mate - just a bit of fun! - for one I'm glad we don't have any real sworn enemies and a true recipient of the award, it almost assumes bad things have happened to the club in a way.
