There's a statement from the National League on the club's webstite now.

Does anyone know if the Evo-stick will still be on?

It has suspended play. As has the North West Counties.
No one's going to be seeing any football for a fair while being realistic.

The euros has been binned off now. Maybe further wriggle room/slight glimmer for extending the domestic season if they can get to grips with this
-
With some reports saying this could last many months we might end up doing a pre-season next feb and finishing this season off this time next year. Skip a whole season. That would be a disaster in so many ways but it’s starting to look like normal rules are out the window

Major hitches about extending the season:
1) many teams will have player contracts ending in May
2) being semi-pro, many players will have other jobs and will have booked summer hols
This is not just Alty, but many, many teams in the pyramid. I would suggest any extension cannot go beyond the middle of May at the latest.
HOWEVER, if we can start playing soon enough and need to pile 3 or 4 games in a week, will 60 minute matches make life easier?
-
No idea how to resolve this amicable and fair to all......60min games.......not sure
Throw some jumpers down and maybe play first goal ?

Subbuteo?

When back and running, extend the season until end of sept, start the new one in oct

This assumes a vaccine has been found by then and distributed globally.
September 2021 more likely given the medical issues, sorry to say

We could possibly be looking at resuming the season 12 months from the point we suspended it, at this rate.

Lot of panic on here with very little evidence to back it up.
China entered lock down on 13th Jan, with many coming out from 13th March.
If rumours are to be believed then we go into lock down tommorow evening which would take us to Mid May.

I see in The Athletic this morning that the National League has put to the FA a £17M rescue package for its 68 clubs to keep them going until the summer at least, works out around £250,000 per club. Interesting story, quotes Chester and Dulwich’s Chairmen at length. Positive news I think.
