Didn't we have a Phoenix a while back who was a complete waster?

IIRC he played for us once, got sent off and was never seen again!

This probably explains his decision to retire after Southport showed him the door early last season. A wasted talent. Barnsley paid £25K for him from Telford, but he struggled there. He was in his second spell at the Miseryrail Stadium - my memory could be playing tricks (again) but wasn't he captain when we went there last time, yet was substituted ?
