Knew it would be Stockport. At least it's at home. We'll be absolutely sick of them by January.

Is this the first time we'll have played two teams four times in one season?

By the January 1st 2019, nearly a quarter (potentially over a quarter if we go to a replay with Stockport) of all our games will have been against either BPA or Stockport.

On our day we can beat anyone at this level.

Here's a twist on the theme - if we beat BPA in Feb, will it be the first time we've beaten a team four times in one season?

So long as you're not there we've got a chance.

Having been there on Saturday, I declare the curse broken! New curse to begin this coming Saturday.

Haven't found a four wins in a season yet - 3 wins and a draw against Boston United in 80-81 and 3 wins and a defeat against Barnet in 79-80.

I was hoping on the North West Floodlight League - sadly not

Suspect if they beat Barnet this weekend they will effectively bin the Trophy off so that could have a big possible impact for me.

Think ahead of the Christmas games it’s important we lay down a marker vs County, them and FCUM are both showing worrying signs of having our number in local derbies, would be good to lay that to rest. Suspect the gate won’t be anywhere near Xmas, no more than about 1300 depending on how many they bring.
