I am hoping JJ will be back and possibly Hampson.

If not then that's the right team.

Agreed. Given Poole only got a short spell off the bench the other day I’d be surprised to see him start-suspect Curzon might be a more realistic target for him.

Aside from their freakish 8-1 vs Chester I see Blyth have struggled, only 1 point from their last 4 games and I believe they have bad injury problems too. With our strong away record thus far I think we can get 3 points again, certainly would hope our unbeaten away record can be maintained at any rate.

2-0 up at half time through Hancock and Hannigan - they get a goal back straight after half time but we cling on for all 3 points.

Never an easy place to go, but I think we'll shade it 3-2 (Hulme, Hannigan, Dale)

I've never enjoyed a trip to blyth so I'm not going.....horrible place....like the ground and the passionate fans though but something about it all gets up my nose...seems all they've done since famous cup runs is beat alty and knock alty out of the trophy and fa cup....then they lose in the league to some miners institute....

So I'm hoping alty's away form continues and I'm going for a 4-0 away win for the robins.

Play up Alty!

I saw JJ before the game on monday. He told me he'd be out for two weeks.

The Flashscores app had us winning 3-0 after 9 mins before they issued a correction after10 mins.

This is becoming frustrating..

Have we got the players to consistently finish teams off when we are on top?....the gap between between being in the play offs and being in the relegation places is tiny in this league.

Not sure parky has grasped this...weve now lost 2-1 to two bottom 3 sides in games we should have comfortably won..

Still missing a striker, wide player and a tall, strong and mobile defensive mid. We are conceding too many and not converting enough of our chances.

We should have won. Their first looked great but was probably an outrageous fluke. We'd have got a point but for Peers's "Danny McGoona" moment. He only had to let it bounce off him into an empty net FFS.

Too many avoidable screw ups in my opinion. I was hoping for playoffs but I'm resigned to midtable. We have the talent but also lose focus at times.

We deserved something from that on Saturday, and Blyth's (very good) highlights show how many opportunities we had to get a goal in the second half: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_jThfEaDrjw&feature=youtu.be

So frustrating, but I do think its going to click one week and we will absolutely paste someone. Got to give them credit, too. They looked dangerous every time they went forward and will no doubt finish higher than their current league position. So could we, but we could also finish about 16th. Still not sure what we are yet and its going to take a few more games before we can say with any sort of certainty.

Got to win on Saturday really.

It already has clicked, in the games at Southport and Darlington. We just need to get the first choice eleven firing.

Nice video but the audio editing was nearly as irritating as the Tom Peers miss.  Also not keen on being abbreviated to A'ham.  Makes us sound like some sort of polite cough!

Yes, not bad highlights (at least we get them for a lot of games in this league), but the editing is not a patch on Alty TV's work.

As for the miss, yes it was glaring, but it happens to the best of them (look at Salah's miss against Leicester at the weekend, and that's not the first either).
