Title: Hulme's yellow card count
Post by: Paul Cain's Chip Pan on August 26, 2018, 10:15:24 AM
Does anyone know how many more he needs before getting a suspension? Seems to have been booked in most games so far and we can ill afford to be doing without a player of his quality.

He’s had 4 so 1 more will trigger a 1 match suspension

I love his passion but his back chat to refs needs addressing by PP and Jake on the pitch. Jake never drags him away or has a word, does my head in. At the same time he's an adult.

His aggression is a massive part of his game, but he really has got to learn to keep it zipped.

Love his passion and work logic.
Have to agree that he can't keep arguing with the officials.
Let your goals do the talking Jordan.
We can't do with you out with silly suspensions fella.

Jordan Hulme was outstanding as a player yesterday - it is such a shame that he hasn't yet learned one basic lesson of games playing, namely that players simply cannot afford to upset the officials, human nature being what it is. I don't know how the point can be made to him that the referee is always right - especially when he's wrong.

Can’t believe Johnston was booked for that celebration.

Can’t believe Johnston was booked for that celebration.

Adam Rooney did a very similar thing for Salford against Halifax and was not booked, 7:50 on this clip..(https://youtu.be/aKGyAJjo-A4)
