Very pleased to see this come to life. The initial lead came via Altrincham social, but credit to Mr Looney for taking it from a minor deal to a substantional relationship.

It's great to see the clubs social media start generating funds

Let's hope the big club mentality will lead to the improving some of the shabbier aspects of the ground.

That may just be the case! The Alty TV scaffolding heap is being removed in favour of a more aesthetically pleasing gantry (work ongoing as we speak.) The toilets in the away end have been fixed and cleaned, and the away end snackbar has been scrapped in favour of a new unit arriving today.

Scrapped?   >:(   We could have got at least a fiver for it on Ebay.

Disclaimer - I presume that was the case as it was transported out of the club on an 'end of life' collection vehicle!

my brother would like the advertising hoarding to the right of the tv gantry to be fixed before
1) it falls on a player
2) someone throttles him for moaning about it

Good news about the three areas of improvement Andrew Flynn mentions. Let's hope there are plans to resurface some of the walking/standing areas too.

New Main Stand sponsor, sorting out the gantry area & hopefully restoring fully one of the best views in the ground, new website, Parky’s comments about looking towards a full time model. Whilst not looking to reopen that old debate, it seems that the off the field ethos of the club is gradually changing to a more professional model & perhaps you know who’s influence in the boardroom is waning. All these recent changes certainly for the better and I’m fully behind them.
