Thought there were rules about fielding weaken teams?
Just that are playing their under 21 team complete with under 21 manager.

I believe that there are different rules depending on the level that the team plays at.
The following may not be 100% correct but it's something like:-
For National League/Football League Clubs, games in the CSC are not considered 1st team games, whereas for National League North & below, they are.
My understanding is that for our game next week, we need to play a team where the majority of players are from the first team squad, whereas Chester do not need to play any/many first team players.
IIRC, there are some other differences as well, such as if we have a player suspended, then the CSC counts as parts of the suspension, whereas for Chester it wouldn't.
