Title: The town that's thrived - after an identity crisis
Post by: TheCultOfIanTunnacliffe on June 21, 2017, 07:32:24 PM

MEN nostalgia article including some photographs of Alty playing against Spurs (1979) and Birmingham City respectively.

Mind you, that photograph of the town's former Tory MP Anthony Barber looks like it was taken in Timperley Village rather than at Altrincham market to me:

Obviously a Freudian  slip. Timperley is indeed thriving.....Altrincham patently isn't.
