... to those planning to go to Bradford by train next Saturday, The line between Todmorden & Halifax will be closed for engineering work & the trains replaced by buses, adding about 45 minutes each way to journey time. Might be better for those starting out from the Alty area to go via Leeds? Suggest you check out the relevant webpage(s).

Another option is to change at Huddersfield,  from where you can get a direct train via Brighouse and Halifax to Bradford.

National Rail website says the Halifax-Brighouse line is similarly affected this weekend, so unfortunately that option won't work.
