Title: Who's in charge?
Post by: Stan Hibbert on January 21, 2017, 05:50:01 PM
Stood behind the dugout all game today and heard Buzz, Robbie and Heathcote shouting 3 different lots of instructions.

The players are confused enough out there without having to listen to conflicting instructions.

I feared this would happen. There's at least one too many voices on the touchline. There is so much room for ambiguity and confusion that the trio logic just doesn't work for me. By all means have the resources in the dressing room but ONE man needs to lead. One man needs to be heard above all others.

Needs resolving very soon.

Good point. We stood by the dugout too and thought the same.

First time I've seen Heathcote openly stood up shouting instructions to the pitch. Too many chiefs

Buzz is officially the manager but I think Heathcote is the one pulling the strings.

I would get behind Mr Blobby if he was managing us, but in all honesty I think this club deserves better than MD next season. It's very Oxford in the Conference, but we are a huge fish at that level. Appointing MD simply isn't good enough.
