Altrincham FC Ladies have returned from the Isle of Man having finished as Runners Up
Our First fixture against the Isle of Man Full Representative side ended in a narrow 3-2 defeat, although, given another five or ten minutes, a draw might well have been achieved.
On Sunday The Ladies came back from conceding an early goal to run out 3-1 Winners.
The quality of the Football played by The Ladies was superb and I would venture to suggest that the fixture between ourselves and the Isle of Man "first" team was one of the best games I have seen in a long time.
The togetherness and spirit of the squad bodes very very well for our future of Ladies Football at Altrincham
The hospitality of the Isle of Man FA and the Manx people was exemplary which led to a superb weekend.

well done Ladies and Officials for flying the flag of Alty FC and giving a good display.
Im sure the First team at the club will hope to also give us something to cheer about next season now.
