I was just about to post about this. I was listening to it at work earlier. Not only did he do all of the above, but he managed to perform woefully in the quiz (2 correct answers) and swore live on air. Vernon Kay absolutely loved it and was asking about the FA cup game and was very complementary. All good exposure.
