To be honest 4/5 is poor value. I would have priced us at 5/4 to beat Aldershot. Its usual at this time of the season that bookies shave the odds of sides that have something to play for, against sides that supposely have nothing to play for.

Parts of that sit emight be slightly out of date. According to them you can still get Dagenham to win the conference with paddy Power at 1/66.
Now it's not often that I would say lump on a 1/66 shot but....

I find out that the other week in M.E.N. that North Cestrian is the new name for Altrincham Grammar. I didn't go there but my dad went to Altrincham Grammar.

f**king hell I'd forgot all about this. I think I had about £100 on us not to get the required result against Aldershot and made about £120 profit I think. I can't remember the exact bet but thought I'd put a load on to pay for the race night and my patrons club money, if we'd won and I'd lost the money I wouldn't have been arsed. As it was I won £ but had the sh*ttest time ever.
Now tho.....Yay!!!! :D :D
