Richman because he is useless and Damien because he will move on.

Dens in defence - unless we can find a quality right back I reckon this is still his best position. His distribution from defence is better than most imho.

I have been quite critical of Simon Richman this season, but on Saturday I was impressed with his play. He certainly put the effort in, never stopped working and always seemed to be available for a pass or to put in a tackle.
Perhaps he will settle in and improve next season.

We must remember that richman (just like lawrie) is only 22. I know everyone can't get to every game, but I think richman has played well away from home, more so than in home games, and has been shoved around positionally, Id like to see him and James lawrie stay for now.

Richman is suffering from the fact that once you have a couple of off games then you never recover and the "sh*t" tag sticks. I think Richman has worked his tripe off in the second half of the season and done all that was asked of him.
Its like with Twiss, the bloke wasn't actually fat this season! Ineffective but not fat.

Richman definitely has something about him and would like to keep him. He works hard, chases down causes and his ballplay has been good. Just hasn't had luck with injuries, so hopefully can get a decent pre-season.
Bring in Milne if he can sort out travel arrangements?

And there is the rub, he's been 'unlucky' with injuries for a while.

NEW STRIKER FOR ALTY
Altrincham FC have agreed terms with 21 year-old Oldham Athletic striker Ryan Brooke (d.o.b. 4 October, 1990, height 6ft 1inch) who is being released by Oldham Athletic at the end of June 2012. Ryan spent much of 2011/12 season on loan, firstly from September 2011, at Barrow, where he played six games and scored twice. In January, 2012, Ryan went to AFC Telford United on a season-long loan and scored on his debut, against Braintree. At Telford, he made 7(+5) appearances in all, scoring twice. He had previously made 30 Football League and FA Cup appearances for Oldham Athletic.

Starting to take shape, but still need 3 good defenders and a striker

Agreed, left back, 2 centre backs and a striker for me.

He's said he wants a squad of about 19 (+ 5 from george to look at...)
Got 15 ATM 2GK, 3 DEF, 6MID 4 STR
I would have said we need 2GK, 7Defenders, 7 midfield, 4 strikers... Which totals 20

I agree with below but what I am wondering is whether he plans to play Chris Lynch or Dens at RB ?
I expected him to sign Andrew Smart at LB with young Sam Grimshaw as LB cover/bring him on and Nicky if pushed, but without Smart signing seems as though LS has other plans. Having just 2 CB's isnt enough so he must be planning on signing someone else.
We also need another finisher like Reevesy as sounds like Brooke is more of an all-round striker holds it up and has some pace, Duncan is more creater than finisher so we only have Leighton whose finishing hasnt been prolific yet.

We need three quality defenders now, we look set to go upfront and in midfield, but we now need at least 2 quality centre backs and a left back. I'd be happy enough for us to play 3 centre backs and wing backs if it leads to clean sheets.

I think Lawrie will end up as that right winger for pre-season atleast

why is McGivern still on your list?

Regardless of what he's been up to, he is still our player, for now at least as far as we know.Lets not jump to any conclusions, he may yet re-appear, so until we know any different let's wait and see.Im sure if there's a situation, it will be resolved one way or another before long.What do people think we still require? I would like to see Matt doughty rejoin, and another another tough tackling midfielder to give us some options to change formation if required.And just see how it plays out with McGivern for now.

Not convinced by Mitchley, just hope we not to tied to him
Watmore looks good but I don't want to put to much pressure on a youngster
So assuming McGivern has gone AWOL still defo still need another striker
Other than that need left back and a cover centre half
Also IMO need another centre mid, as don't rate Phelan
We not to far off now

Left back a priority we need clee further forward, phelans ok but if a quality midfielder is available hopefully we would be in for him
