It could be worse. Former rivals Enfield are playing in the Essex senior league where the crowd are often outnumbered by the players.
-
And there you have it ... it's official
How about Europe?
-
What a f**king embarrassment!!
-
Yeah, but have they seen our five year strategy?
-
Love the final sentence, sums it all up perfectly
"Altrincham really shouldn't be the worst team in the country, but they are. :)"
What you got to say about that Mr Rowley? This is your legacy

Presiding over that disgrace

We have sunk so low that we appear to be even beyond ridicule from rivals.
-
Automatic promotion to the league has caused a lot of problems. For the first few seasons it was a good thing, but now there are so many former league clubs all with more money and more support than clubs like Altrincham. It is getting harder to compete.

our rivals have lost sight of us

Agreed - if we were in Conf National
However this season we have not competed with anyone; including Curzon Ashton, BPA and teams with no ground and no support

Let's not bother competing then ...

854 according to my brother
how and why that many

Deduct at least 50 for season ticket holders counted in absentia (could well be more) then allow for the big two being without a match. Plus a few bystanders consumed by morbid curiosity.

Its a tough decision to make next season going the game or finding a sh*t hobby like family or shopping or just god dam drinking

At 14.55 there 285 in the ground - I counted them. This excludes those I couldn't see in the CSH. If we allow, say, 200 max to come in in the last 5 mins and 50 from the CSH, then I would estimate 535 being closest to the actual total.

It's fact that we have about 200 season ticket holders (out of a total of 300) who have regularly not been attending this season but still included on the attendance figure - a club official told me this

Why would it be mythical number? Do you think the attendances announced in anyway represent the number of people in the ground?
I know plenty of season ticket holders that haven't bothered since Doughty took charge - so it doesn't suprise me at all, and confirmed by a club official after the Gainsborough match last month
-
I was told around 100 season tickets did not turn up today
The singing crowd as being thinning week aftar week leading to a silent atmosphere
Nice to see Kenny leading a few chants again

A good old zigga zagga

The only singing I heard was from the kids parties. Worcester didn't look as if they had brought many fans, but the Alty fans cheered at the right moments.
Hopefully today's win and entertaining performance will bring a few more supporters along next time

Indeed I was.
But 5 minutes and 10 seconds later I was happy ;D

I'm told the cheers could be heard at Timperley hockey club yesterday which is a first for this season.
