I need an Alty fan to enter my prediction competition at Woking, all you need to do is predict the scores of the 5 games below, you score 15 points for a correct score or 5 points for a correct result, the fan with the highest score at the end of the season will win £40. Highest score so far is 20 from Cambridge and Weymouth.

Games are;

WOKING V ALTY
CAMBRIDGE V CRAWLEY
OXFORD V ALDERSHOT
RUSHDEN V NC BURTON
YORK V STEVENAGE

You also need to enter the crowd(this is used for tie break purposes).

I will take the first set of scores.

I think that the sad part.  As soon as I saw saw Aspinall at LB, Lawton on the right and O'Neil instead of Senior.  I too knew we'd do well to scrap 0-0.

It hurts me, and most on here will be there through thick and thin (as we have in the past) but its hurting me like hell to feel defeated before we have kicked off.  I can cope with getting done 2-0 at Oxford but reports from Woking put the two teams as bad as each other.

We need the ball to go off someones arse for a 1-1 against Cambridge and a 3-0 comprehensive demolition of Droyslden.  Then we can look at it agan.

If that doesn't happen...well I dread to think.

Have you been reading the cote's book of tactics Ecky?

I've not been to any games this season but from last season I agree
1) Aspinall is not a left back
2) Lawton is not a right winger
3) Senior is far better than joe up front.

I can see it...all the fans can see it...opposition fans can see it.....the press reporter can see it...

Why can't the 'cote?

What I would like to know is who instructs the players to play high balls up the middle of the park to be easily headed away by huge centre backs? Game after game it is happening and it is immensely frustrating to watch. DO we have no invention or creativity? The players we have are capable of much better so where is it going wrong?

Can't for the life of me see why when we finally sign a proper left footed left back, he sits on the bench for 70 mins then comes on as a winger. Clancy should have started in his own position with Peyton playing wide left and Potts wide right. Little and Senior up front with O'Neill just behind in the "Scholes "position. They were there for the taking and I believe this bolder approach would've picked them off.

As a positive was impressed by Shotton, would like to keep him if possible.

We also need Acton on the bench, Stu does get these niggles from time to time so we need adequate cover.
