Seems the other youngster Gardner who also came on as a sub agaisnt Carlisle is edging ahead of Dunc and getting picked for the first team squad now.

7 to ten clubs in for him if you beeline the written press

"Watmore appears a longer-term target with Kavanagh claiming Carlisle United will have to fight off interest from the likes of Blackpool, Hibernian and Hartlepool.

But the United manager, who watched former Altrincham forward Watmore at Sunderland’s Under-21 game against Stoke on Monday, said: “He has been brought to our attention for a number of weeks and I’ve seen him a couple of times. There are a good seven to 10 clubs interested in him and we’ve thrown our name in the ring.

"I’m hoping with the good relationship we’ve built up with Sunderland, and in light of the way we play, that Gus [Poyet] would favour keeping him local so he can keep an eye on him.”

Craig Gardner started that game & is an experienced player at 27.The other youngster who came on against Carlisle was Ba.

It was Ba who came on. You should be feeling a little sheepish!

http://www.scotsman.com/sport/football/spfl/hibs-to-sign-sunderland-winger-duncan-watmore-1-32883\

I'm already claiming him for international duty, he's got a Scots name - Duncan, has red hair and has never played in the World Cup Finals, all boxes ticked.
