Three Friendlies annouced

Three more pre-season friendlies have been arranged, bringing to five the number of pre-season games so far arranged:
Sat. 13.7.13 at 3pm v Accrington Stanley (H)
Tue. 16.7.13 at 7.30pm v a Tranmere Rovers XI (H)
Tue. 23.7.13 at 7.45pm v Trafford (A)
Sat. 27.7.13 at 3pm v FC Halifax Town (H)
Tue. 30.7.13 at 7.45pm v Mossley (A)

Have we got any more lined up for august? I see we bizaarely don't start until the 17th when most of the other leagues seems to be starting on the 10th, very silly after last years fixture pile up farce

Yes. Liked Murphy, though he was a bit one footed. I think he ended up in America iirc.

Football league starts 3rd Aug this year
BSP starts 10th Aug
Premier league starts 17th Aug as we do...

The Conference North and South season should start on August 3rd. Especially if you we have another bad winter meaning loads of postponements leading to more fixture pile-ups at the end of the season.

And also to accomodate the FA Cup qualifiers that take priority over league games.

BSP don't come in until 4th QR, so BSN & South should start earlier, not later.
