In the meantime, the Altrincham v Southport game this afternoon is still on though the referee will have the final say on this when he arrives at the ground.

Our game V Farsley is off, and will now be played on Tuesday night, meaning the game between us on Setanta on Thursday has now been cancelled and put back to the Saturday as originally planned..

I think we'll lose out on 10k due to Thursday bein off. We would've got 8k off Setanta for Thursday and 10k for the Vics game due to it being our second live home match. Obviously it will now be our first live home match so we'll only get 8k for it. Hope that makes sense!

The official website says we miss out on 13k due to Thursday's postponement. Add that to the Luton fiasco and we've lost 50 grand in recent weeks. That would almost certainly have funded reinforcements in January.

All the more reason to make sure that we win today's match and earn £5,000 from the FA then.

We haven't won an FA Trophy tie since 5th February 2005, so it really is about time that we rectified matters.
