If you can sue your employer for you falling off a ladder at work why shouldn't you sue for things like this.  It is after all an accident at Marcus's work caused by someone not taking due care and attention at best, negligent at worst.  It is a terrible state to have got into.  I think this is where the PFA should step in and help out injured players, afterall there is enough money floating around the game coming into player's pockets - a 1% levy on all wages would be more than enough from the Premiership alone.
