When will the team start using the new kit?

The photos I've seen of the new kit show an all red back :


But all the photos from the friendlies so far show what looks like last year's kit :


Is the new kit being saved for the official start of the season?

Presumably we dont want to get all the names put on and personal shirts ordered until we know whos going to be turning out, not who's going to be a trialist. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't use them till the BSP starts up.
