A bit early to say. But if it is postponed it will cost the club money. An evening kick off will attract about 25% less people than a bank holiday.

Probably won't cost the club that much really as we can open up the bar & show the United game instead, i doubt that will be off.

It's good that we can show the game but its an odd financial comparison.

yes, just playing in front of McGrath & Robson.

By the way, City game is being shown today now, but check with Jenny ot Grahame to confirm.

Jenny has confirmed the bar will NOT be open this afternoon for any games.

Sorry for any confusion.

With this weather I expect we wont see the players again until Mid February to be honest.

I think this highlights the need for a winter break.

Trouble with a winter break is that our weather is becoming unstable due to climate change, whilst we get flooding in December we can't rule out snow blizzards in February. The only option would be to follow Rugby league  and play in the summer if we want to avoid bad weather.

Quite agree. We should all sit at home through next season's mild December and January, then spend April trying to fit in the games we lost to March's torrential rain. This is England. The Met Office can't accurately predict 12 hours ahead.
