"More despair could be on its way for fans of Kettering Town FC with a petition for a winding up order issued against the club.


The petition will be either accepted or declined by a judge when the case is heard on Monday, July 9, in the High Court.

If passed, a winding up order will then be presented to the club.

The club had previously faced another winding up order from Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, but that case was dismissed at the start of April.

If the club is wound up, its affairs are effectively handed over to an Official Receiver, whose job is then to ensure that debts are paid off by selling any assets available and then bringing business to a close.

More details will follow as we get them."

If it goes in front of a judge & it get's passed BUT without the signature of the Judge, then it's not lawful.

If anything is passed by a Judge, it MUST be signed by THAT judge.

We see so many cases these days where things are just stamped, but that holds no authority at all.

Only a signed order or wahtever it is by a Judge holds any authority.

Something to remember in all aspects of life when a court gets involved. It must be SIGNED by a Judge.
