Been waiting to see if anyone else spotted this on Saturday or not.
I stood on the Chequers for the first part of the second half and was amazed at what was happening.
To me it was clear to see that all their attacks came down their right hand side.
Doughty was left stranded by this and the 4,3,3 formation left Doughty on his own getting wasted by two, sometimes even three FGR players.
Sometimes they started on their left and then switched the ball over to the right for the final killer push on goal.
All we had to do was revert to 4,4,2 to cover this. However people would have probably complained we were defending and why didnt we just go at them blah blah blah.
FGR spotted the hole we had in defense and attacked it.
The problem was we didnt spot it and they kept using the same tactic.
