Enjoy the 20,000 word preview I've put together above. Everyone will have differing views but hopefully it acts as a good guide as to what each team has done for the coming season.

Thanks for sharing - you did well on us last year, and that seems like another sensible stab.

If we deploy three at the back that looks about correct, although it'll be a toss up between Roscoe and Banks as to who takes the last defensive slot.

Thanks for the kind comment. Getting the shape right for each team is very hard, especially when managers switch between two formations. Had you in a 3 and a 4 during pre season not quite sure what Parkinson is going to do.

Good luck for the season, although not too much for tomorrow (I'm a Daggers fan :-) )

You're absolutely right, we'll probably switch between the two systems depending on the context / opposition.

Safe travels tomorrow (if you're coming).

Are we to assume that was made before James Norwood signed for Oldham?

Seriously, how many strikers do Oldham have? At least this one is capable of scoring!

In the spirit of opportunism, given that Oldham and Chesterfield are both bloating their squads in the race for promotion - and also the fact they've both done recent business with us - I suspect there will be decent loan options available across the winter like there was with Stockport when they did the same thing.

Hopefully of course we won't really need it.

Apart from that, I think CCC wanted to come back. I'm not sure Coco would see things the same way as him.

The only way Coco would leave Chesterfield would be for another bigger gig - he'll remain a key player there regardless of who they recruit subsequently.

All three were there together from 2015-6 for three seasons.
