Great news, looking forward to next season already.
This shows that being part time can be an advantage. If we were full time we would be right at the bottom of the list for full time players, as it is we are at the top of the list for part timers.

As a manager, no. He also has limited coaching experience, and pretty much none at men's level. I find it very odd that you even mention him.


The idea of an ex player managing a non-league club is clearly ridiculous, sorry to even mention it, I mean, when does that ever happen?
Personally I would rather have someone who loves the club and has experience here than an outsider.

Five draws in six games would suggest to me that we aren't too far off where we need to be, if we were getting hammered 4-0 every game it would be different.
I think if we had had Dens and Nicky fit this season, we could have had a successful campaign. Fine margins.

At the end of the day it’s a local derby and every game we have played against them recently has been close.

“But I felt we could have played a lot better than we did against them in the FA Cup and we should have put that game to bed until they scored.

Strikes me as being both historically inaccurate and deluded, poor chap.

We don't seem to do this anymore, so I thought I'd start one for tonight against my local team.
I hope they remember to bring a nice warm coat as it might get nippy and we know how sensitive they are to the weather.
Anyway, we will be right up for this from the start and I reckon a solid 2 0 win for the Robins.

Two things come to mind watching that.
Didn't Damian score a very similar goal against them last season and wasn't Farman on the wrong end for Gateshead when we came back from 2 1 down in injury time to win 3 2 with Matt Doughtys penalty. He must hate the place!!
