For those of us of a certain age, it's somewhat frightening to recall that Nicky Daws made his Alty debut 24 years ago.

Delighted to hear of his new appointment.

A tremendous player for us.

I too recall it being Runcorn

Another player making his debut at the same time I recall was Chris Byrne who a significant number of fans thought a much better prospect than Nicky

Shows that first impressions can be misleading doesn't it?
