Original pitch inspection scheduled for 9.30 a.m. He carried it out 9.40 a.m. Therefore 10 minutes late. No time machine required.

I think you will find the time on the article said 'referee carried out pitch inspection at 9.40' said article was posted BEFORE 9.40

Bloody freezing i'll tell yu that much. Its been pretty bad, especially since sunday really. How did the mine blowing up go?
