They will have to try and reform a new club
They've been expelled, not liquidated. They don't need to form a phoenix club just yet. If Bolton don't get their sh*t together in the 14 days they've been given this evening, that's a different matter entirely. They WILL be wound up, and that would be an absolute tragedy.

They still have steve dale as owner and if he doesn't sell it will probably be a Phoenix club.cant see it being national north but you never know more lively evostick league.Apparently Dale has links to the Alty area

Usual response from most quarters.....blame the EFL, blame the Neville's, blame PL etc........real shame for the few thousand genuine fans that turn up and actually support their hometown club and have watched the financial mismanagement unravel

However not the end of the world that Phil Neville et al would have you believe.....for reference see Chester, Halifax, Darlington, Accrington etc....Hope they sort it and go again next season

I think the Nevilles have been incredibly hypocriticial getting a lot of media attention for their love of the club a few years ago and now Bury get expelled while the millions pour into Salford.

Or maybe I just have a grudge against the nevilles coz I've met them...

Grudge or not, you are right. You would have thought that would be where their first love lies rather than the publicity seeking smug-fest that is Salford FC.
