Title: Tom Marshall & Matt Christie Fund

As I'm sure you are all aware, both Tom Marshall and Matt Christie sustained a broken leg during games on Tuesday for the First Team & Reserve Team.
We have therefore set up a Go Fund Me page to try and raise some funds to cover their earnings whilst they are unable to work/play football and any treatment they may need during their rehabilitation.

Additionally, the bucket collection at Saturday's game against Tranmere will also go to this cause

Any such accident cover will probably cover their football earnings and any medical costs incurred but is unlikely to cover loss of earnings outside football.

Post by: Jenga on August 23, 2015, 05:05:17 PM: Personal accident cover is either on a fixed benefit basis or multiple of salary. a claim would be made for temporary total disablement and would cover a percentage of salary, anywhere from 50% to 100% of salary. I would expect nothing less than 100% to be purchased, with benefit being paid to the football club under a group personal accident policy. I almost sound as though I know what I am talking about :-)
