The key to the rest of the season is whether Kenny and Bimmo can pick the lads up and keep on with the mentatlity that every game is a one off.
Ecky,
I understand what you're saying here but I have to disagree somewhat.
We are (still) the lowest scoring team in the league.
The real key to the rest of the season lies in addressing that deficiency successfully.
Unless that aspect of our game improves, we will not escape finishing in one of the relegation spots.
Attacking options comprising a currently out-of-form Reeves; the yet-to-score-a-single-league-goal and futile Beesley and that white elephant (in every sense) Twiss will not keep us up in my opinion.
Yeah, can't argue with that.
I just feel that if Reeves gets one he could go on a run and if we can't get anyone in then we'll have to hope that Clee starts going for goal a bit more and Baynes piledrivers go in.
There is a lot of factors to consider.
The reason I did the exercise was more for me to be honest to see if I genuinely thought we could get anything and who we had left and when.
I think we'll know the answer to if have any kind of chance by the end of the Southport match and hopefully not sooner.
