Hi!

I am the new Altrincham researcher for Football Manager, as part of the research process, I need to add favorite personel for the club.  Suggestions are welcome (just to make sure I don't miss anyone out who should really be in there)!  Favorite people are given a rating of out of 20 in the DB and come under 3 categories.

Favorite people: rating 1-20, not permanent (the good feeling towards them is likely to fade away with time)
Icons: rating 1-19, permanent
Legends: rating 20, permanent

These are my suggestions so far (I'm only a recent fan (since 06-07) so I'll have probably missed out the majority of past greats!)

Legends: Graham Heathcote, Jackie Swindells, John King
Icons: Freddie Pye (19), Lennie Dickinson (19), Mark Maddox (18), Stewie Coburn (15), Colin Little (15), Val Owen (10)
Favorite people: Danny Adams (10)

I personally would put Ian Craney, Marcus Hallows, Rod Thornley, Ricky Harris, Eddie Hussin, Paul Ellender, Paul Showler and Kevin Ellison in icons/favourite people.

Tom, You might be aliitle out of touch due to newbieness, or not as the case maybe I suppose, but I suggest reading the legends page to egt a bit of a flavour for this.

Colin Peake (20, permanent)
Sammy McIlroy (18, permanent)- added by the previous researcher
Dave Pace (16, permanent)- added by the previous researcher
Peter Thomson (14, non permanent)- added by the previous researcher

While we're on the topic of the club's feelings towards people/otherwise, these are our rivals atm:
Macclesfield (20, permanent)
Northwich (15, permanent)
Witton Albion (12, permanent)
Runcorn (12, permanent)
Stockport (8, permanent)
Rochdale (3, non permanent)

Should FC Utd be in there too?  And maybe Runcorn and Witton decreased a tad too.

Wouldn't say Stockport or Rochdale, there's no history between us.

The Rochdale thing has more to do with the fact we should have replaced them in the football league when they survived by one vote. Also, some dick from Rochdale was on telly a while back spouting about how much he hates Alty so they deserve to be on there.
