I thoroughly enjoyed their visit to Moss Lane last season. After looking a shoo-in to go down in October, they showed a lot of character to finish well clear of the drop. I seriously thought they'd settle in for a season or two at least..................and then they went full time ! On a "barmy decision" scale of 1-10, if Gateshead are a 7 then H&Y are a ten plus.

God only knows what sort of team they're going to parade in front of their desperately thin home support - it won't end in tears only because there's no point in crying over the totally bleeding obvious. So long guys - though if I'm wildly wrong about just one club I'd like it to be you.

Yes they did improve dramatically last season after a terrible start... However I fear H&Y will be down there battling amongst the other strugglers next season
