"Munroe. It was the defender's fourth card in five games and in the one of those five games in which he had not been booked, he had conceded a penalty!"

How many of the cards/the penalty was with him at right back? That could have made a difference.

It is a shame that he is having such a good season & still gets these cards. Hopefully Asa may be fit enough for right back on Monday

I assume one more booking and a 2 match suspension

We really need him to last the rest of the season!

One of my players of the season!

Without doubt. However we do need him in the side for the remaining games.

one more booking would result in a 3 match ban and a trip to the FA.

I think they normally just fine the player and warn him about his future conduct, however with the FA anything could happen!!

Might be 15 yellows to get an invite from the FA then?

Karl has 14 yellow cards to date. He got the 2 game ban for 10 yellows (v burton (a) and Cambridge(h)), and will get 3 more games as a ban for one more booking.

he has 13 in the league, and one in the cup.

I did not realise he had so many, generally I do not see him as a 'dirty' player!

Perhaps the Idols should give him the wooden spoon?  ;)

I would not say he is a dirty player, he seams to get a lot of his cards for stupid things like Saturday, there was no reason to do what he did. In another game we could have lost because of that.

Either way he is looking to pick up the Mark Maddox award for most cards in a season!
