He was ignored until near the end when we celebrated the fact that "Danny comes from Alty"

Had a steady game.

was there any sign of a celebration when we scored? a few of us were wondering about it last night, any slight glint in the eyes when we won?

Blimey, looks like he's been feasting on those shrimp pies rather a lot

A think I see a slight flicker of "wish I was in an Alty shirt" about his demeanour?  ;D

our (P/T) lads look a lot fitter and leaner than Danny and the fat Morecambe defender (can't remember his name).
They look like a pub darts team.

Not that there is ayuthing wrong with being fat in a non fatist type way
but if you look at their photos  they are all a bunch of chubbers
even i may get a game for them but then stabby has been quoted on telly saying that "he personally wouldnt sign me and maybe i was one for kingy"

The other defender is Jim Bentley, who suffers from the same disorder as me where you appear to be fat but actually its muscle bulk.

Ecky,

That's exactly the same explanation that I used to try and get across to those ignorant souls who used to heckle my hero, Mister Tunnacliffe himself......
