Pre-season programme
« on: May 19, 2014, 10:04:40 AM »

On the face of it, this is not our most glamorous pre-season in terms of opposition. However, I think we've got it spot on in terms of preparing the team for the challenge ahead.

Give me decent games against competitive opposition over playing a load of reserves and kids from United/City any day.

Nice to see a game v Shrewsbury on the list of friendlies. Should generate some interest with the locals around here.

Pity its not being played in Shrewsbury   a very nice ground

Stadium announcer please note.  Its pronounced Shrewsbury not Shrowsbury. (Only the  snobs say Shrowsbury)  :D:-)

It's already generating some interest with the locals in the shadow of the J Davidson Stadium, as my wife happens to be a Shrewsbury Town supporter.

She also appears to be a snob.
