Graham Heathcote leaves Stafford
« on: May 13, 2014, 09:09:06 PM »

I'm surprised by this news, I really thought he'd take them back up next season. Seems there were issues over the playing budget, but he did well here on limited funds. Stafford must really be in the sh*t!

Graham accepted the difficulty he would encounter in recruiting players out of the local area and the additional costs that this would incur which made the budget in his opinion not viable.

the above taken from the theor official site.  A shame that. Agree with the point about the clart level round Stafford ears.

What a good team they were, when we played them.
Many good memories.
How a VERY big non league club has gone down.
So glad we have responsible people running The Mighty Robins.
Hope Graham finds another team soon.
Still rate him as a good manager.

They've probably got David Moyes or Steve Sherwood or Peppy Mel et al lined up ?
