The idea of what Stalybridge tried (or are trying) is great and on paper looks to be a good one.

I just think that a team full of young players just can't cut it in this league.

It needs to be a mix of young and more experienced if you are going to try it.  They have the hope that the damage done to attendances in that period isn't permanent.
