You can really understand his disappointment at being handed Christmas fixtures against "village team" North Ferriby, given the many hundreds Gainsborough will be taking up there.

I am sure they took about 30 once to Boston for a Christmas fixture, it gets a regular slating on the Boston forum.

What an odd thing to say...should fire them up nicely for the game.

I wonder if he has any observations on Damien's ambitions this year? By the way North Ferriby's nickname is 'The Villagers' but I know what you mean.
