One of my favourite grounds in non league by a distance. More than winnable.
-
Lovely memories of weekends away in Bath with the late, great Mrs. York Alty.
Winnable if heads are sorted properly.

Are you bothering ? Or you gonna watch Cheadle v Ramsbottom instead? #PartTime

Oh Jack.
-
Some good teams been drawn against each other. Put aside yet another way draw, we can progress a long way in this. Come on Alty.
-
It's a tricky tie, but there is a place in the quarter finals at stake so there are no easy games.
If we continue to show the same attitude we have done of late we can win it.
-
Could have been worse. All games are winnable with the correct attitude and a bit of luck. Come on you Robins.
-
I won't be around for this game but a tie we can win. Good luck lads.
Nice part of the country as well.
-
I'll never get a pass for that.....
-
great draw for me a trip to bath on the train will do me and cost me nowt ;D

BATH CITY v ALTRINCHAM 15:00
BRAINTREE TOWN v EBBSFLEET UNITED 15:00
CHORLEY OR FC UNITED OF MANCHESTER v AFC FYLDE OR AFC TELFORD UNITED 15:00
DARTFORD v FC HALIFAX TOWN 15:00
FARNBOROUGH OR MAIDENHEAD UNITED v NORTH FERRIBY UNITED 15:00
HEMEL HEMPSTEAD TOWN v TORQUAY UNITED 15:00
OXFORD CITY OR WOKING v DOVER ATHLETIC 15:00
STOCKPORT COUNTY OR WREXHAM v GATESHEAD OR GRIMSBY TOWN 15:00
We've definitely got one of the easier draws on paper. Hopefully the Blyth debacle will provide a good marker on how not to approach a cup tie against lower opposition. I'm sure its still fresh in their minds.
EDIT: Just noticed that Bath beat Wealdstone in the last round. Could have been my opportunity to meet the Raider.

Hemel Hempstead mate I go and watch them as well....

Shocking lack of loyalty, makes me feel sad. :(
-
All heading towards an Alty v FCUM final at Wembley. 88,000 from FC and 2,000 from Alty.

Ha I'll be at Bath don't worry.

Shared gate receipts?
-
Less FA expenses. £500 each.

Winnable, could be worse, no easy ties, should be ok if we apply ourselves properly - ticking a lot of the pre Cup/Trophy debacle boxes here already!...

Time to get down to the bookies and place the emotional hedge bet.

"Dave esdaile, the haircut man, we haven't seen anything like before down at Twerton". We need to sort someone to stare out the keeper and we will be fine. No easy games etc but if we have our full team available teams should fear us.
Just waiting on a coach price and will sort some details.
-
Decent draw that, being away may even be an advantage the way we are playing now.
-
Would have been better a few years ago when I still lived there but should be able to get something organised for a return visit ;D
-
Christ we could have got FCUM/Chorley, Ebbsfleet, Woking, that is a lovely draw. A fine city and a great chance of getting through. Super day out for me as a London based fan. Planning the pub tour right now.
-
So let me get this right, Bath Alty doesn't live in Bath and Bury Alty lives in Rochdale.
-
Bath Alty lived there for 10 years but doesn't know anyone at Alty since I left when I was 5. If I'd changed my forum name then no-one would know me at all. That and Lechlade Alty doesn't have the same ring to it.

I hear that robininstockport actually lives in Dukinfield. Just between you and me, I was born in 1990. ;)
-
Winable/drawable/loseable. Wow its got potential to be all three.
Cant see us losing but would take a draw.

I have yet to receive remuneration from the Guardian for my Blyth photos, so technically am still fully amateur.

I'm not Rocky Robin.
I'm also not a Robin and I'm not a fan of Rock
-
Definitley winnable if we show the application and determination we did on Saturday
-
great draw . might just get there and bring along an ex alty bath (mr phil hall to those of a certain vintage )
ps i am a real gazelle
-
For the record i am not Chris Senior.
Very winnable, i offered to book a hotel with the wife for friday and saturday night and drop the kids off in stafford on the way. My response was "no we are not, we cant afford it, but you can go to the game if you like".
WINNER !!!
-
My son, fresh from hypothermia at Aggborough on Saturday is competing in a High Jump competition in Cardiff on the 25th! Weekend of sport awaits!!

At least I've had the good grace to keep people abreast of my movements over the years (no toilet jokes, please).

When I was Boggart Hole Clough Alty, I dropped the kids off in Stafford but they still found their way home. >:(

UP THE ACCIES ;D
Or as I remember from my youth "you're going down with the Accies, down with the Accies"
-
I went down with the Accies once, but a course of penicillin sorted it out.
-
I enjoy a Toffee Apple
-
I am not a Macc or Vics fan
-
I no longer drive an Alfa Romeo. But I am looking forward to visiting Twerton Park again, proper non league ground and memories of some good weekends in the 90s. Mostly centring round a dodgy bar/nightclub in a cellar!
-
I do drive an Alfa Romeo but I am not 23.

I'm not Paul Cain and I don't own a chip pan.
-
Je suis Charlie.
-
I'm yet to invest in Altrincham Football Club. Key word being yet.

I am not a Gaelic substitute cheese. Nor am I an Irish atomic particle.

i am not a legendary brazilian winger.....however i have been known to enjoy an ale or 5

I am not an inky doodle on a former players skin, of epic proportion or other.

I am not a Jenga block, but i was quite good at it in my day.

In my old guise my daughter is Jennifer and I am her dad!

I still live in York, but I am not the Archbishop of Altrincham, or indeed York.
-
I am actually SW but I'm definitely not the other one who is the Gazelles mate. Which one I am then? I have never to my knowledge vomited on a policewoman's shoes.
-
Can't wait for "I'm Not Here"'s post ;-)
-
I live in Lymm, but I am not a bird; I'm a bloke.
-
I'm not really here, I'm just helping Graham out.

Not dodgy that cellar ,until we got in.

Indeed. Doesn't seem to be there in its former state any more. Can only find a cellar bar that specialises in cocktails and magic. Don't think London Alty will be sampling that on Saturday night. The only magic we'll be seeing on Saturday is at Twerton Park etc...
