Wasn't the Darlington game all ticket?

I think that Millwall is a bigger pull than Darlington were, so i would be very disappointed to get 3000. I think it is exactly the right decision, as above all safety is more important than a few extra people. Who knows, we may sell out whatever capacity the police deem appropriate anyway!

i agree it has to be all ticket purely downt to millwalls reputation. i dont remember darlo being all ticket.i know my mates who go to big games onlly wont be arsed getting a ticket unless i get it for them. just fair weather fans but every club has them

The darlo crowd was 3,300ish and it was early saturday kickoff,but it was pay on the day, its come as no suprise to me that its all ticket, milwall are big club and its going to be a decent gate.About 4,000 would be my guess.

In recent times havent seen Alty pull more then 3000 for any game, Millwall are a bigger pull than Darlo but its only the first round so I reckon between 2500-3000 home fans and 800 from Millwall.

Reckon we'll be on for a sell-out. Millwall will have bought out all the tickets they can by mid november. Their travelling support is very large. Will be grand if it is held at Moss Lane but GMP will make the decision wisely.

They'd better have, given the game is over the weekend of 9th-11th November.... The normally impeccable John Laidlar has it down as 10th December but it's definitely in two weeks' time.

Millwall will have bought out all the tickets they can by mid november.

I'd have been happy to have this one the other way round, about 15 mins from my front door the Den

Seriously tho it's a bloody great draw and about fcuking time too. This club was built on the Cup glory days and to think we haven't even played a league side in the Cup for over 5 years now. That ticket price of 14 quid is very reasonable too, I assumed it would be more, fair play to the Board for that. While the Police will inevitably rip us off it's surely a given that we'll be on the box so hopefully that and the gate receipts should make up for it.
