Anyone any idea how much Trafford are charging tonight please? I'm contemplating going with it being a nice evening.

Seen a couple of pre seasons and we seem to be relying on the full backs to give us width. Would like to see a 4-4-2 in the next match with some proper wingers crossing it in for the strikers

Only seen one friendly but I wasn't impressed with Charlton and Dawber looks unsteady, hopefully both had an off day. Hannigan looked very comfortable in his short time on the pitch,Patterson looks a steady right back and Menagh full of energy. Great free kick from H-C who isn't afraid to beat a man a put a cross in.

The two centre halves, who finished the game, are solid. Also, Sam Patterson is a quality full back and at times tonight it was like watching Dens. The midfield is very confusing - we seem to have so many players playing for just two positions. Up front tonight, we weren't too bright either. Trafford looked very organised and I expect them to do very well this season. I've seen most of our new players play well at least once, but not at the same time. I know they are young and hard working, but hopefully they'll grow into a decent, competitive side.

Thought we were ok in spells.

I have a couple of severe worries but there's no point slaughtering young lads on here about a psf at Trafford so I'll just stick to the positive bits

Patterson looked ok albeit not an upgrade on Densmore but he doesn't seem to be anywhere near fit so it's a moot point.

Heathcote, nice on the ball.

Hannigan looked a class act when he came on.

Menagh looked like a player with conference experience.

Moult, some nice passing

Hasler-Clegg is lively and can take people on even if end product lacking a bit.

Reeves and Lawrie both looked very lively.

Harry Cain had a good run out.

Charlton, outstanding on Saturday but our poorest player tonight. Dawber continues to worry me. Hattersley was knackered in the last half hour. We lacked shape in the second half, and provided little attacking threat once Reeves and Hasler-Cregg had been withdrawn. And we missed Goodall.

On the up side Harry Cain was lively and Lynch again impressed.

Yeh, I took time out to make sure I didn't mention those but thanks for pointing the poor performances out anyway Phil
