Seeing as we only have 13 fit players, and before Graham rings Rod to see what he's doing on Monday, let's have a bit of fun and use our dodgy non-league knowledge to suggest players that we won't sign in a million years.

My first two:

Eddie Stanford - at Radcliffe Boro, trickly left winger
Phil Marsh - at our friends FCUM, goal machine and can play right side too.

Having watched Droylsden demolish Fleetwood yesterday, I reckon they have a few who could do a job. It has to be said, Brownhill looks a very composed, two-footed full-back. Tony Gray, one of their forwards I know nothing about, looked a very handy player.

Incidentally, the Fleewood fans sang "what a waste of money" at the final whistle. They were right.

Eddie Stamford played a few pre season games for us and looked poor.
