Dear forum

Got introduced to a bloke in the bar last night ,shook hands had a good laugh and then when just the two of us were on our own it became a bit more personal. we had bonded well and were getting on famously . Then he moved in a little bit closer and said "thats a manchester accent isnt?"  i replied yes . he said "i thought so, i come form that area, i am from Northwich"
well obviously i told him to feck off and took the dri nk i had just bought for him back (didnt even dri nk it myself as he had touched the glass)

How could i have been so stupid, will he ever buy me a drink back. i feel awful have i caught a nasty salt based disease?
